1 Walkers Barn Villa - Settle

Settle is a charming town with plenty of shops and amenities, making it a great location to explore the Dales. The cottage at 1 Walkers Barn is a gem, with its cozy and clean interior. The owner was responsive and flexible, providing a comfortable and well-furnished nest for guests. The property's central location, just behind a chip shop, is super convenient and there is a car park across the road. Guests can also easily access the Settle-Carlisle train route, making it a good location for those without a car.

The cottage doesn't offer any scenic views, but this shouldn't deter guests as the interior is so lovely and comfortable.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The location is super, right behind the chip shop and across the road from an off-site car park. Settle is incredible, with lovely shops and amenities. The property itself is a jaw-dropping gem. It's cozy, clean, and well-designed, with a modern yet character-filled vibe. Perfect for exploring the Dales, whether you're walking, cycling, or just driving around. And the best part? There are tons of eateries right at your doorstep. We brought our two TT dogs, and keeping them contained was a breeze ! Plus, if you don't have a car, no worries. There's a station nearby on the Settle-Carlisle route. The owner was also amazing, super reactive and flexible. I'd definitely stay here again and again!

During my recent transit in Settle, I had the pleasure of staying at 1 Walkers Barn Villa. The stay was pleasant and suited my needs perfectly. the location of the villa was a major advantage for me. The nearest airport was only 56 km away, making it extremely convenient for my travel plans. This saved me both time and hassle, allowing me to relax and recharge before my next journey. the area surrounding the accommodation was well-maintained and clean. I appreciated the efforts in keeping the surroundings tidy, which enhanced my overall experience.

The bin view was not particularly appealing, which was a shame.

I had a great Easter getaway at this cozy little nest. the location was superb! It was right behind the chip shop and super central to the town. Plus, there was a car park just across the road. the cottage itself was a gem - modern yet full of character. It was so comfy and clean, with everything two people could need. And the best part, it was an excellent spot for exploring the Dales, whether hiking, cycling, or simply driving around. There were also plenty of eateries right on the doorstep.

While the inside of the cottage was lovely, there wasn't much of a view from the windows. However, this wasn't really a problem as your attention is mostly drawn inward.
